An approved growth precinct — Shire of Mitchell · VPA PSP 1059
The approved plan

A precinct built on the state's plan for the northern corridor.

Beveridge North West was approved by the Victorian Planning Authority in August 2025. The plan sets the shape of the community — where homes, jobs, schools, town centres and parks will go over the next 20+ years.
